FAMILY
Born on February 7, 1978, in Lagos State, Omotala is the only daughter of late Mr and Mrs Oluwashola and Oluwatoyin Jalade. She has two siblings, Tayo and Bolaji Jalade.
Omosexy is married to the love of her life, Captain Matthew Ekeinde. The union is blessed with four children, two girls and two boys.
EDUCATION
Omotala Jalade had her early childhood education in Chrisland Nursery School in Opebi, Lagos State and primary educational institution at Oxford Children School.
She finally obtained her West African Examination Council certificate at Command Secondary School, Kaduna.
Omotala studied at University of Lagos for a short time before transferring to Yaba College of Technology where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Estate Management.
CAREER
Omotala began her career as a model before venturing into acting. She accidentally got a role when she escorted her friend to an audition.
Omosexy was given a part to play in a movie titled “Nneka the Serpent,” but she later obliged because her mom didn’t permit her to act as a mermaid. She received 43000 as payment for her debut film.
At the age of 17, she made her first appearance in a movie, Venom of Justice produced by Regina Daniel in 1995.
