Mohamed Usman Adah, better known as King Mohammed Adah (King MOH) or by his brand name Ochacho, is a Nigerian entrepreneur and philanthropist.
He leads the Ochacho Group of Companies, which includes Ochacho Real Homes, Ochacho Hotels, Ochacho Oil and Gas, and others.
He is widely regarded as a prominent person in Nigeria’s real estate business. He also founded the Ochacho Foundation.

Elder Benson Adah and Hajiya Hauwa Ali Ochacho Aloga gave birth to Ochacho on August 25, 1977, in Kaduna State, northwestern Nigeria. He is of Idoma descent from the Ohimini Local Government in Benue State.
He attended Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) in Zaria and earned a B.Sc. in Economics in 2002.
Ochacho is married to Ramatu Mohamed Adah. They have five children together: Ochacho, King Odeh, Adah, Miriam, and Prince Enokola.
Ochacho began his entrepreneurial career in 2006, when he created Ayipolocho Investment Limited, a financial services company that provides loans to small and medium-sized businesses.
In 2017, the company was relaunched as Ochacho Real Homes, a real estate enterprise headquartered in Nigeria’s capital, Abuja.
Over time, the company evolved into the Ochacho Group, which now owns registered companies such as Ochacho Homes, Ochacho Financial Services, Ochacho Farms, Ochacho Air, and Ochacho Oil and Gas.
