The Governorship Election Petition Tribunal in Kaduna has pronounced the election of All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate Uba Sani inconclusive.
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its candidate, Isah Mohammed Ashiru, have challenged Uba Sani’s victory in court.
The three-member panel, chaired by Justice Victor Oviawe, also ordered a repeat of the election in seven wards, four local government areas, and 24 polling units, totaling 16,300 registered voters.
